9 Tips for Scorpio’s Transformational Season

5 minute read

The coming months will be a time of breakthroughs and changes.

With the airiness of Libra season, we embraced our outward appearance, relationships, and how we balance all factors of our lives. Now, Scorpio is here to ask, “why?”

Why do we get dressed in the morning, afraid of perceptions?

Why are we asking surface-level questions on dates when we crave deeper connections?

Why do we keep entertaining the bad habits that hold us back?

Why are we terrified of becoming the best version of ourselves?

Collectively, we’re asking for truth. Old paradigms are being broken down while systems are passionately dissolving. All we bury, in all aspects of life, will eventually emerge. What we are witnessing is a collective rebirth. Thankfully, the possibility of successful alchemy is high with Mars (the planet of courage and power) traveling through Scorpio until November 4th.

Should you choose to answer the calling, this Scorpio season will help you make the changes you wish to see a reality. The harder the questions, the bigger the work. But that also means your transformation will be even greater.

If you’re ready to face the truth head-on, here are nine ways to embrace the power of this season.

1. Shadow Work

Scorpio, ruler of the underworld, is revealing the parts of yourself you’ve been denying and hiding. Sit with this. As uncomfortable as it gets, this is where the magic happens. Shining light on the dark parts of ourselves is the key to true self-acceptance, love, and appreciation. Dive into journaling, inner-child healing, or work with a therapist. Whichever method you choose, trust that you are doing transcendent work that heals not only yourself but your lineage.

2. Channel Mars in Scorpio

With Mars sitting comfortably in Scorpio, your focus will sharpen. Use this transit as an opportunity to take action. Anything tugging at your energy uncomfortably should be released. Cut ties with all that drains you and begin the project you’ve been putting off for months. Move with clarity and let the intensity of Scorpio become your fierce momentum.

3. Revisit the Virgo Eclipse Reset

In September, we had a beautiful eclipse season moment that cleared out clutter and reset our lives. Now we can revisit that refresh and audit how those changes have been working for us. Does this new routine get us closer to the person we want to be? What are we doing to stay grounded throughout transitions? Ask yourself the tough questions and make changes accordingly.

4. Practice Soul-Led Conversations

Scorpio is about depth and vulnerability. Going beyond small talk and masks will prove to pay off. The true spirit of this season will be embraced when you allow yourself to be vulnerable in conversation, both with others and yourself. Conversations are wonderful catalysts for change. You never know what you’ll discover when you go beneath the surface.

5. Surrender & Release

A cluttered life creates a cluttered mind. Clean out your space, clear off your calendar, or even write down what you want to release and burn it safely in a ritual. To take it a step further, journal on what you’re letting go and what you hope to make room for. Acts like these remind us that endings are also a new beginning.

6. Connect with Your Intuition

Scorpio’s waters are psychic and mysterious. Meditation, tarot, intentional movement, or even dream work can open doors to the inner knowing within. Trust what appears. It’s speaking to you now for a reason. Themes popping up in our dreams and gut feelings are meant to be followed. Think of them as breadcrumbs leading you through the portal of transformation.

7. Radical Self-Acceptance

The thing about transformation is we’re not necessarily becoming someone new. It’s often us bringing the version of us within to the surface. Reclaim your whole self, shadows and all. Own all that you’ve endured, where you’ve been, and what you’re welcoming in. Ultimately, the road to self-acceptance is long but vital to thriving and enjoying the life you live.

8. Set Intentions Under the New Moon in Scorpio

Early November brings the New Moon in Scorpio. Time to plant seeds for new intentions. Honor your goals and align them with your truths. Where do you want to be next Scorpio season? Identifying your desires is the first step in bringing them to life. Try journaling to reveal what you’re longing for and see what appears as you write.

9. Transform Together

Scorpio season reminds us transformation is best experienced with others. Walking this road alongside community, friends, or support groups reminds us that we’re never alone. Seeing others do this heavy work keeps us motivated to carry on. So, embrace the collective medicine of community this Scorpio season and let transformation not only be powerful but also, perhaps, fun!

This work is not for the faint of heart. But that’s the gift.

It strips away illusions, burns off what no longer serves, and shows us that rebirth always follows release. It’s time to trust yourself and the process. It’s time to become.
