13 Poems to Soothe Your Soul

2 minute read

As I sit here writing, I find myself having one of those days where the negative thoughts and feelings creep into my otherwise calm mind. It’s leading me to recognize that easing through daily life is becoming increasingly more difficult in today’s world. Outside influences and pressures lurk behind every corner waiting for their chance to invade your short-lived peace. Despite our best efforts, sometimes the negative thoughts and feelings take up more room in our minds than we’d care to admit. But that’s OK! We all know hurt, fear, sadness, and other seemingly “negative” emotions are all a part of this messy, beautiful human experience. And when these not-so-welcomed emotions have taught you all they can, begin to shift your perspective with poetry. No matter your journey so far in life or what you are searching for, we’ve got poems to soothe your exhausted soul.

Whether you’re in need of a cheerleader, a hand to hold, or just someone to understand, we have the perfect poetry to fit!
